Mr. Egan’s years in the advertising, marketing and design community of Chicago have generated a faithful following. During the 21 years which have comprised the history of Trungale, Egan & Associates, Bill has served in virtually every capacity of internal and external client and production service. Bill appreciates the diligence and enthusiasm required to be superlative, which is reflected in the “best in category” clients that his team serves today.

Mr. Aronfeld is a 20-year veteran of the advertising and marketing industry, providing client management to the top tier clients at TE&A. In addition to client management, Mr. Aronfeld provides strategic vision and counsel to Sales and Media, as well as being a member of the Board of Managers.

Mr. Cermak has served with TE&A since 1990 and has directed compelling campaigns for a wide variety of clients. Dave manages the creative vision for TE&A and leads the creative team.

Ms. Carlson has served with TE&A since 1998. She is a production expert and manages design schedules ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget and top quality.

Mr. Steingraber has served with TE&A since 2002. He is in charge of creating, purchasing, managing and optimizing client media schedules. He also provides client relations and project management.

Ms. Hoeppel has served with TE&A since 2000. She is an accomplished writer and also provides focused assistance to our production team. In addition, she performs daily account management and coordinates with our media team.
